The client gave us an access to the gigabytes of data at his end through an FTP link. We retrieved all the information which was available in the PST and Word/PDF folders. We performed a keyword based search in those PST folders to identify the relevant data.
The team identified and procured appropriate software to extract and search emails from the folders. The software program was used to conduct the search in the body of the emails and in the attachments to cross check for accuracy.
The data was analyzed on the basis of different parameters provided by the client and was filtered to keep the relevant information only. This data was further categorized according to the different filters and a set of data was archived into DVDs and sent to the client.
Remaining data according to the categorization done was sent to the different team members in the client’s team through email according to the instructions provided to us. At each point, the deliverables were customized according to the requirements of the end client.
